Upgrading to Tier 2 can be done in these few easy steps:

• Step 1 - Login into your dashboard, below your wallet balance, you'll find a “fund” button
• Step 2 - Click on the fund button. If you are yet to do your KYC move to step 3, else jump to step 13
• Step 3 - You get to a screen that shows your current tier level, and also an higher level for you to upgrade to.
• Step 4 - Click on upgrade to Tier 2
• Step 5 - You see a screen that explains why your BVN is needed for verification. Click on Proceed
• Step 6 - Enter your valid BVN and click on verify
• Step 7 - Wait for few secs for your BVN to be verified. Once verified, you see a bvn verification completed screen.
• Step 8 - Click on Proceed
• Step 9 - You will get to see a screen where you have to select any security question from the list. Select any of the question you are comfortable with, and give a valid answer accordingly. Then click on Proceed.
• Step 10 - You will see a “Welcome to Tier 2 modal” . Click on the back button on the modal. It will take you back to the dashboard.
• Step 11 - Click on the fund button.
• Step 12 - Wait for few seconds and your virtual account will be auto-generated and displayed for you.

NB; You only need to do this once, your virtual account would be stored and can be access anytime needed from the coast app.
